What do you have to offer?
We offer a variety of graphic products for all different purposes. Our products are split into various categories which target webmasters and web developers. We offer website templates, flash website templates, navigation interfaces for websites, icons and much more.

May I use everything just for a one-time fee?
Yes, if you’ll buy a membership at our store you are free to download as much as you want from our site for the period of your subscription. No additional charges apply.

What software do I need to work with your products?
In order to work with our templates you’ll need a html editor such as Dreamweaver, Frontpage, Homesite, 1st Page, etc. To modify the graphics, you’ll need Adobe Photoshop 7.0 or software that has the ability to open PSD files. Flash products can be edited using Macromedia Flash MX.

How often do you add new products?
We try to add new products on a weekly basis.

Can you refund my money?
We offer a 30 day unconditional money back guarantee policy. If you are not happy with our service, please file a cancellation notice with our support team. We will cancel your account and your fees will be refunded within 30 days.

Are there any further fees except the membership fee?
No, the membership is the only charge you will face. All the products will be available for you to download as many times as you want for period of your membership.

Will I have an exclusive membership over the items I download?
Your purchase entitles you to a license to use the products royalty free. We do not grant exclusive rights for items downloaded from our store.

Are there any restrictions on my use of your products?
Our products and designs cannot be resold as standalone products. If you would like to sell the products from our offer to any of your customers, you will need to do significant changes to the products. If you don’t want to make signification changes, your customer would need to get a membership at our store to use the products as they are. Additionally, our products may not be distributed as part of any archive, catalog, media disc, auction etc. as well as you are not allowed to use a spider, web crawler, or other similar automated tool to download our content.

How do I access the products once I purchased a membership?
After you sign up and your membership gets authorized (Within 24 hours), we will send your account details to your email address. After you receive these details, you may login into the member area. In the member area, you are free to browse through our products. Underneath each product there is a “Download” button. If you hit it, the download should start automaticaly. You may also decide to "Add" items to your cart and then download them all at once.

Will my membership be activated instantly?
Due to the increase of the amount of fradulent transactions in this industry and on our website daily, we have had to implement a pending period to allow our staff to confirm all transactions before account activation.

When I clicked on the download link, the download didn’t start.
In that case, please try to click at the download link with right-mouse button and choose “save file as”. If the difficulties persist, please open a support ticket and we will try to resolve your problem as soon as possible

I could download the product, but I couldn’t open the file.
Please note that the file you downloaded is an archived file. You’ll need to unzip it using the latest Winzip software available at www.winzip.com. Sometimes you could also have a corrupted ZIP file, if you cannot open a zip file, try downloading it again.

Do I have exclusive ownership over the items I download as part of the my membership?
No, your purchase entitles you to a license to use the products royalty free in accordance with the rights, restrictions and conditions indicated in the license you receive, and indicated above, but we do not grant exclusive rights for items downloaded from our member section.

If I purchase an unlimited membership are there any other fees I will encounter when downloading from the site?
No, an unlimited membership allows you full access to download any of graphics from the members area of our site at no extra charge.

Do I need to provide an link back or acknowledgement to your store when I use your products?
No. Because you are purchasing a license, it is not necessary to provide any credit back to us. However, while we do not require any recognition, we would be more than happy if you would like to promote the benefit you received from our site to others.

Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.

I bought a membership, but it says I'm not activated, what do I do?
On rare occasions our merchant processors may not send the information of your transaction to our system, so your account may not be automatically activated. Therefore, if you have made a purchase of our yearly membership and you are not able to access the graphics from the members area using your details, send a support request using our support form. Include your username, the product you tried to download, or anything else that might be helpful.

Are there any limitations to how or what I can download?
Yes. You may not use a 3rd party script to access our site or downloads. Any attempt to automatically download our content in this way will result in the automatic suspension of your account.

How do I change my email address and password?
You can update your password and email address in the Members Area on the left hand side of the page. Once there you will be able to update your account information accordingly.

Do I really get access to download UNLIMITED templates, are there any restrictions?
With each membership account we provide UNLIMITED acccess to our templates, however as we provide premium quality templates, we have had serious issues with people purchasing a membership, downloading all our templates and then proceed to cancel their account before the 30 day money back period, as a result we limit all downloads to 20 per day. This means, you are permitted to download 20 premium templates per 24 hours (each day). We want to ensure all our legitimate customers enjoy premium quality templates, and by restricting downloads we ensure the templates you use will continue to be rare and unique.
